US welcomes opposition to Syrian talks

US Secretary of State John Kerry is welcoming the decision by the Syrian opposition to join the negotiations in Geneva.

Earlier, the High Negotiations Committee of the Syrian opposition said they would not paricipate because basic demands are not being met.
