The Syrian government has approved humanitarian deliveries to some of the hardest-to-reach and besieged areas in Syria, where people are said to be facing starvation and death.
The United Nations on Thursday said Damascus had approved urgent aid access to areas including Madaya, Foah and Kefraya.
