Russia says “highly probable” ISIS uses chemical weapons against civilians

The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons says the Islamic State terrorists may have used the prohibited weapons in attacks in Syria and Iraq. Russia has confirmed the claims saying it is "highly probable" that ISIS has access to the deadly gases. Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
