Russia reacts to North Korean report of hydrogen bomb testing

Russia's Foreign Ministry issued a statement condemning nuclear testing by North Korea.

The Kremlin also expressed concern over the situation and Russia's President Vladimir Putin called for an investigation into the validity of the North Korean report.
