Russia blames Ukraine for ignoring Minsk peace deal

A top Russian official, longtime associate of Russian President Vladimir Putin, blamed Kiev for ignoring the conditions of the Minks peace accord brokered by France and Germany last year that outlined a roadmap for resolution of the civil convict in eastern Ukraine.  Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
