PUTIN 'PROBABLY' APPROVED LITVINENKO MURDER

The assassination of former Russian spy Alexander Litvinenko was 'probably' approved by Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to a UK inquiry.

The official report has concluded that elements of the Russian state were involved in the murder.

Two Russian men have denied killing Mr Litvinenko.

He was poisoned in London in 2006 - with radioactive polonium 210 thought to have been ingested in a cup of tea.

Olly Barratt says Britain's public inquiry has conclusions with potentially far-reaching consequences.
