LRA commander Dominic Ongwen in the ICC dock in The Hague

Former LRA commander Dominic Ongwen is appearing before pre-trial judges at the International Criminal Court. 

The ICC is set to confirm the charges of 70 counts of crimes against humanity and war crimes against him. 

The LRA is accused of atrocities across East and Central Africa as Jack Parrock reports.
