New US Nutritional Guidelines suggest cutting sugar and adding variety

The US Food and Drug Administration has announced that Americans
should drastically cut back on the amount of sugar they eat.

The move is part of an update to its nutritional guidelines, which are
released every five years to help ensure school lunch and food stamp
programs include healthy choices.
