CAMERON TO ALLOW EU 'OUT' CAMPAIGNING

British Prime Minister David Cameron will allow his ministers to campaign on either side when the UK holds its referendum on membership of the EU.

Mr Cameron has pledged to win reform of the UK's membership of the European Union and then campaign to stay in the bloc.
