U.S. Federal reserve chair Janet Yellen is signalling that it is likely the Federal Open Market Committee will raise interest rates, probably at it's December meeting.
During a speech to the Economic Club of Washington, she said the U.S. economy has recovered from the worst of the Great recession and financial collapse of 7 years ago, but the future is always uncertain.
And she told the crowd, not matter what decision is taken, any interest rate increases will be small and over time.
