UN warns of "civil war" in Burundi

The United Nations Human Rights chief Zeid Ra'ad al Hussein has warned
Burundi is on the "very cusp of a civil war".

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has said he is sending a special
adviser to the region, while the UN continues to consider a
peacekeeping mission.

Our UN correspondent in New York Nick Harper says the UN is hoping the
adviser will help to calm weeks of violence.
