Obama: No "credible threat" to strike US during Christmas holidays

President Obama says US intelligence has seen no "credible threat" to attack the country during the approaching holiday season.


He was speaking at the National Counterterrorism Center in Washington, where he and his top officials received a briefing.


The President called on the country to remain vigilant against the possibility of a terror strike, and vowed that US intelligence will be working throughout the Christmas and New Year period to guard against any attack.
