STORM FRANK THREATENS UK

Parts of Northern England and Scotland are braced for yet another round of severe flooding, with a new storm sweeping in.

Parts of Cumbria and Yorkshire which have already been devastated by floods in December, have been working to mitigate the potential damage from the latest storm, known as Storm Frank.

But the government is under fire over spending on flood defences, as UK correspondent Olly Barratt reports.
