Russia & Turkey Foreign Ministers to meet over downed plane

Russia's Foreign Minister is expected to hold face-to-face talks with his Turkish counterpart to discuss the downing of the Russian plane.

It follows a tense week, with a war of words from both sides and Russia imposing economic sanctions on Turkey.
