Lawyers for Boston Marathon Bomber Urge New Trial

Lawyers for the Boston marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev have urged a judge to grant him a new trial.

Appearing at Boston's district court on Tuesday, they argued that the original case against the 22 year old wasn't fairly presented.
