Australian ideas boom to cost over a billion dollars

A four-year $AU1.1 billion ($US800 million -  534 million pounds) innovation package designed to drive an "ideas boom" in Australia has been unveiled by Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull, and includes tax breaks for risk-taking businesses and a boost in science.
