Greek banks must find 14.4 billion euro in capital

The European Central Bank has ordered Greece's four largest banks to come up with plans to raise 14 point 4 billion euro to cover themselves in case of another financial crisis.

Stress tests are being conducted as part of a process to recapitalize the banks following the signing of Greece's third bailout in August.
