Nine eastern and central European NATO members are meeting in the Romanian capital, Bucharest to put pressure on the military alliance to bolster forces on their borders with Russia.
Many counties like Poland and the Baltic states are concerned about Russia's military actions since the Ukraine crisis and the annexation of Crimea.
