US Federal Reserve Leaves Interest Rates Unchanged

The US Federal Reserve has kept interest rates unchanged, leaving the door open for tightening monetary policy at its next meeting in December.

After a two day meeting, the central bank said it's still monitoring economic and financial developments abroad.
