US drugstore giants set to merge

US drugstore chain Walgreens has announced it's set to acquire rivals
Rite Aid in a deal worth $17.2 billion dollars.

And while the plan will be looked at closely by antitrust regulators-
if successful the move will unite two of the three biggest drugstores
in the country.

William Denselow reports from New York.
