Russian warships fire missiles on Syria from the sea

LEAD: Russian military and Syrian armed forces have launched coordinated attacks in western Syria on Wednesday targeting Islamic factions in Hama and Idlib provinces. Russian warships also began participating in the operation by launching missiles from the sea on Wednesday. The strikes continue amid mounting international criticism of the operation and Russia's souring relations with the West. Anya Ardayeva reports from Moscow.
