Moscow and Washington to meet soon to discuss Syria

Moscow and Washington say they will meet soon to discuss the situation in Syria. It comes after Moscow launched its first air strikes in Syria. Moscow asserts it had hit ISIS targets but this was disputed by the US and rebels on the ground. Julia Lyubova reports.
