Kremlin eyes Normandy Four talks in Paris with "moderate optimism"

The Kremlin expects the "Normandy Four' talks between the leaders of France, Germany, Ukraine and Russian to bring progress in the resolution of the Ukrainian crisis. The Presidential spokesman said full implementation of the Minsk accord reached in February 2015 is the key to putting the conflict to an end. Daria Bondarchuk reports from the Russian capital.
