Indonesian President Joko Widodo will meet his US counterpart Barack
Obama in Washington Monday. He is the first Indonesian leader to visit
the United States in a decade. The focus of his visit is largely trade
and investment, but human rights and environmental groups have lobbied
for their causes to also make the agenda.

During his visit to the US Mr Widodo will also travel to Silicon
Valley to meet with leaders of tech giants such as Microsoft, Facebook
and Apple, in the hope of securing business deals and expanding access
for his people.
