Britain expected to announce long-term deployment to Baltic States

Britain's defence secretary, Michael Fallon, is expected to announce in Brussels that the country will deploy troops to Baltic states for a long-term period.


The British troops will bolster Nato forces, who are responding to Russian aggression in the area.


The move comes after Russia launched air strikes in Syria, which the UK believes is making the situation more dangerous, as our UK correspondent Natalie Powell reports….
