United Flight 93 Tribute Center To Open Day Before 9/11 Anniversary

Nearly 14 years to the day of the Sept. 11 terror attacks on America, the National Park Service will open a visitor center on the site where United Flight 93 crashed outside Shanksville, Pennsylvania, killing 40 people including four hijackers. Homeland Security Secretary Jey Johnson, Pennsylvania’s Governor Tom Wolf and victims' family members will speak at a ceremony Thursday, which will include the dedication of a permanent exhibit honoring the passengers and crew lost.
