UN Secretary General welcomes agreement between Colombian government and Revolutionary forces

United Nations Secretary General Ban-Ki Moon approves of an agreement
on the issue of victims, reached between Colombia's government and the
Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC).

After over two years of talks, the warring parties have come to an
agreement that places the victims of the 51 year conflict at the
forefront.
