Putin and Maduro to discuss steps to stabilize oil prices

Russian president Vladimir Putin and Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro will discuss steps to stabilize global oil prices, according to the Kremlin. The two leaders will meet during a visit to China this week. Anya Ardayeva reports from Moscow.
