President Putin orders snap checks on troop combat readiness

Russian president Vladimir Putin ordered snap checks on troop combat readiness in Russia's central military district. The country's Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that the war-games also involve civilians and "their readiness to carry out tasks in wartime conditions". Anya Ardayeva reports from Moscow.
