Palestinian President says he is no longer bound to Israeli agreement

The Palestinian President, Mahmoud Abbas, has declared to the UN General Assembly that his administration is no longer bound by the Oslo Peace Accords, which form the basis for a two state solution in the Middle East.

Mr. Abbas accused Israel of violating the agreement and said there's no reason the Palestinians should stick to it either.
