The EU insists any new Greek government will remain tied to the country's bailout plan agreed in August regardless of election results.
The latest polls show the incumbent left-wing, Syriza party, led by Alexis Tsipras, and the conservative New Democracy, led by Vangelis Meimarakis (Mee-mer-ark-kiss), remain tied going into the election on September 20.
