Former Russian tycoon launches $10 billion claim against the Kremlin

Russian tycoon Sergei Pugachev filed a $10 billion suit against Russia. He claims the allies of the Kremlin carved up his business empire when he fell out of favor with the Russian President Vladimir Putin. The former oligarch turned Russia's critic fled the country in 2011 amidst accusations of embezzlement, the charges he denied. Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
