European Union interior ministers are meeting for a second time in two weeks to try to reach an agreement on how to resettle 120,000 refugees.
But Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic remain opposed to the mandatory quota scheme proposed by the EU and championed by Germany, which has called for more shared solidarity.
