Congressional votes complicate Iran deal debate

Opponents of the Iran deal in the U.S. Congress are using every legislative tool possible to undermine the approval of the agreement.

However, with the September 17 deadline for formal approval or disapproval, it appears that the failure to rally enough votes to formally oppose the Iran agreement means President Obama is on track for a major foreign policy win.
