Speculation that US Vice President Joe Biden might challenge Hillary Clinton for the Democratic Party’s Presidential nomination has been stoked after conversations and meetings he held over the weekend.
The Vice President closeted himself with Senator Elizabeth Warren, a populist left-winger from Massachusetts.
He’s also been reaching out to potential financial backers, as our Washington Correspondent Simon Marks reports.
