A new US poll suggests Joe Biden would outperform other democrat rivals if he decided to challenge for the 2016 presidential election
However, speaking to Democratic National Committee members Mr Biden questioned whether he has the "emotional fuel" to enter the race.
The Vice President has said he'll decide by the end of September whether to campaign for the party nomination.
