US markets lose momentum

Markets in the United States notched up another day of losses on
Tuesday as weakness in China's economy continues to unnerve traders on
Wall Street.

Investors started the day in a positive mood after China's central
bank announced it was cutting interest rates but that optimism was
short lived.
