UN Secretary-General praises Obama Climate Change plan

The United Nations Secretary-General has said US President Barack
Obama's new climate change proposals show "visionary leadership".

Ban Ki-moon praised the Clean Power Plan, saying it paved the way for
December's global Climate Change Summit in Paris.
