UN chief demands zero tolerance peacekeeper policy

The United Nations Secretary-General has held a special meeting with
all his peacekeeping heads to demand a zero tolerance abuse policy.

It follows allegations peacekeepers in the Central African Republic
raped a 12-year-old girl and killed a teenage boy and his father.
