Pres. Obama unveils major climate change plans


US President Barack Obama announced plans to reduce US
greenhouse gas emissions over the next 15 years.

The Clean Power Plan wants coal-fired power stations to reduce
emissions by a third by 2030 and aims to promote cleaner energy.

The move however is likely to come up against tough congressional opposition.
