Obama to announce US climate change plan

US President Barack Obama is set to announce a plan to reduce US
greenhouse gas emissions over the next 15 years.

The Clean Power Plan wants coal-fired power stations to reduce
emissions by a third by 2030 and aims to promote renewable energy.

But our US Correspondent Nick Harper says the President will have a
fight on his hands.
