UAE woman executed for killing American

A woman in the United Arab Emirates has been executed for killing an
American school teacher in an Abu-Dhabi shopping centre.

Authorities say Alaa Bader Abdullah al-Hashemi has ties to Islamic
extremists - and was seeking a foreigner to kill.
