Sentencing begins in theater shooting case

Jurors have reconvened to start the sentencing phase in the Aurora theater shooting case in the U.S. state of Colorado.

This comes after jurors last week found 27 year-old James Holmes guilty.

In one of the worst mass shootings in U.S. history, Holmes opened fire in a crowded premiere of Batman: The Dark Knight Rises in 2012 — killing 12 people and injuring 70.
