Prison inmate explored tunnels for months before escape

A convicted murderer who was shot and captured after breaking out of a
maximum security facility in New York says he spent months exploring
tunnels under the prison.

David Sweat evaded police detection for over three weeks along with
fellow escapee Richard Matt who was shot and killed by police two days
before Sweat's capture.
