Citibank ordered to pay $700 million in consumer relief

Citibank has been ordered to pay $700 million in fines for credit
card malpractice, in a call made by the U.S. Consumer Financial
Protection Bureau

The payout will go to borrowers who the consumer protection agency
says fell victim to "deceptive marketing"
