Pres Obama: Diplomatic nuclear deal only 'alternative to war'

'Iran will not be able to move towards building a nuclear bomb because of this deal' - the message from the US president Wednesday as he tried to sell the nuclear accord to Lawmakers, international leader and the American people

Speaking at the White House Barack Obama said without this diplomatic approach, only military force would be left on the table.

The deal will now be scutinised by congress for two months before going to a senate vote.
