Ex University of Cincinnati police officer Ray Tensing is being arraigned on murder charges related to the shooting death of Samuel DuBose- an African American who was pulled over for driving without a front license plate.
Ray Tensing claims he was forced to shoot the victim, because he feared for his life, but body camera pictures tell a different story.
The case comes amid months of national scruting of the treatment of African Americans at the hands of police.
