Eurozone leaders reach a deal to resolve Greece's debt crisis

After 17 hours of talks, Eurozone leaders have reached a deal to resolve Greece's debt crisis and avoid a Greek exit from the euro.

The third bailout for Greece will involve debt restructuring and 50 billion euros of state privatization of assets demanded by Germany.

Some of the other terms leaders agreed upon include restarting funding of Greek banks from the European Central Bank, which were facing imminent bankruptcy.

The Greek parliament has 72 hours to approve the proposal. The Greek Prime minister has said the deal will likely cause a recession in his country.

Christine Lagarde is the International Monetary Fund President.
