ECB will not to increase emergency loans for Greece

The European Central Bank had decided not to increase emergency lending to Greece as talks continue to secure a third bailout, according to reports suggesting Greece did not request additional liquidity. 

Meanwhile Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras sent a warning over Greek radio to dissenters in his leftist Syriza party saying that a vote against the bailout will force him to call snap elections.
