Dramatic video showing California police officers shooting two unarmed men is once again igniting debate about police use of force in the United States.
Shortly after a judge ordered the video released, a higher court issued a stay on releasing it, but the stay came after news organizations had already published the video.
As Rachel Silverman reports, the video has also ignited debate about what videos should be made public and what should remain private.
